At Wahe Vibes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

 Returns within 30 Days

You can return your items in their original condition within 30 days of receiving them for a refund (excluding delivery costs). Please note that for tea products, the packaging must be unopened, as we are unable to accept returns for opened tea.

 Return Process

To initiate a return, please send us an email indicating your intention to return the goods. It's essential to retain proof of postage until we contact you to confirm receipt of your returned items. The cost of returning the items is the responsibility of the buyer.

 Damaged or Undelivered Items

All our items are sent with tracking. If your order fails to arrive, please contact us, and we will investigate the status with the courier. In the rare event that your items arrive damaged, please notify us immediately via email and provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods and the packaging it arrived in. Without proper evidence of the damage, we may not be able to offer a replacement.

UK Delivery

For our UK customers, we aim to process orders on the next working day.

We offer free shipping on one packet of tea (up to Large Letter weight) within the UK. You will see the option for free shipping during checkout if your order meets the criteria for Royal Mail Large Letter shipment. If no free shipping option appears, it means that the items in your cart exceed the weight limit allowed by Royal Mail.

For orders over £60, we provide free shipping. Otherwise, the shipping cost is £3.99 for Tracked Royal Mail delivery.
